OVERVIEW

First client touch point. Responsible for cultivating trusting partnerships and helping clients build meaningful brands and guiding them on strategic media implementation in line with their business objectives. Accountable for successful end-to-end campaign implementation, continuous management & close-out.

CORE IMPACT

· Client Service Excellence: Serve as the main point of contact for clients. Take a user-centred approach and fully understand client portfolio, markets, and positioning to plan campaigns for assigned brands. Identify opportunities for upselling and contribute to the growth of client accounts through strategic recommendations.

· Media Implementation: Ensure end-to-end campaign management including strategic planning, budgeting, placements, data analysis, optimization, reporting, issue resolution, compliance and invoicing.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

· Account Management: Stay on top of campaigns, optimizing spend based on data-driven evidence, industry knowledge and market expertise. Ensure brand and product continuity between and through campaigns. Lead status meetings and present client as stipulated in our contractual deliverables. Anticipate needs of stakeholders and prepare communication that addresses their needs and concerns.

· Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop media campaigns or projects that align with their overall marketing objectives. Align the media plan and channel with the target audience's media consumption habits, considering the rise of digital platforms and changing media landscapes.

· Campaign Diversity: Demonstrate strong experience in establishing, implementing and managing different campaign channels such as radio, television, out of home, print, email and telephone marketing etc.

· Optimizing: Utilize analytics tools and ensure campaigns are monitored in real-time. Adjust campaigns based on data-driven observations, client objectives and maximize campaign impact while ensuring cost-effective use of budget.

· Reporting: Prepare comprehensive campaign reports. Provide clients with analysis on key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven recommendations on the most effective media channels, platforms, and formats to reach the target audience.

· Compliance: Close off campaign or project and follow internal billing protocols. Consistently observe financial, legal and ethical compliance across all campaigns and markets.

· Through-The-Line Mastery: Upskill yourself on digital, creative, above the line and below the line media. Curiously stay up-to-date with emerging media and marketing technologies, tools, and trends, and integrate them into campaigns to enhance effectiveness. Ensure you are able to sell through-the-line media to your client based on their needs.
