OVERVIEW

On the frontline of strategic media implementation. Responsible for successful end-to-end campaign implementation, continuous management & close-out. Accountable for helping clients build meaningful brands in line with their business objectives.

CORE IMPACT

· Media Implementation: Ensure end-to-end campaign management including strategic implementation, budgeting, placements, data analysis, optimization, reporting, issue resolution, compliance and invoicing.

· Client Service Support: Take a user-centred approach and support account lead by fully understanding client portfolio, markets and positioning. Implement and manage media plans in line with clients brand, project and campaign objectives. Ensure brand and product continuity between and through campaigns. Address, escalate and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients promptly.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

· Strategic Implementation: Collaborate with account lead to develop and implement comprehensive media campaigns that align with clients marketing, product and campaign objectives. Tailor the media plan and channel to the audience's media consumption habit and changing media landscapes. Implement media campaigns accurately and on time.

· Campaign Diversity: Demonstrate strong experience in establishing, implementing and managing different campaign channels such as radio, television, out of home, print, email and telephone marketing etc.

· Placements: Day to day supplier contact. Cultivate strong partnerships with media vendors and outlets. Work with account lead to determine budget allocations for different media channels. Ensure efficient and cost-effective use of the budget to maximize the impact of campaigns.

· Optimizing: Adjust campaigns based on data-driven observations, client objectives and budget. Recommend the most effective media channels, platforms, and formats to reach the target audience.

· Reporting: Prepare comprehensive campaign reports. Provide clients with analysis on key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven recommendations on the most effective media channels, platforms, and formats to reach the target audience.

· Compliance: Close off campaign or project and follow internal billing protocols. Consistently observe financial, legal and ethical compliance across all campaigns and markets.

· Digital Acumen: Upskill yourself on digital media in order to become a master of through the line campaign management. Curiously stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing technologies, tools, and trends, and integrate them into campaigns to enhance effectiveness. Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing popular digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others. Maintain certification related to platform knowledge especially across biddable platforms where the fundamentals are critical to this role.
